What is Compassionate Edge?

You know by now that Edge Film Technologies is innovating both window film products and the way those products are brought to market by breaking down barriers to the newest window film technologies and making the technologies available to everyone.

If you have had the chance to work with Edge, you will likely see our drive to be innovative in other areas as well such as how we help our dealers realize their market potential and how we collaborate with dealers and consumers to express compassion toward those around us.

The Compassionate Edge is a program where Edge, our dealers, and consumers work together to identify people and organizations who could benefit from Edge window film products but cannot afford to pay for them.

Consider these few examples:

  • An organization for at-risk children that could use window tinting on their van,
  • An elderly person without air conditioning who could benefit from reduced solar heat gain,
  • A community organization that could benefit from anti-graffiti, or security film.

Please contact Edge at [email protected] if you would like to nominate someone or some organization to receive the benefits of the Compassionate Edge program.

Auto Evolution in Baton Rouge

This summer has seen catastrophic flooding in Louisiana again – to compound the economic difficulty from lower gas prices and oil and gas industry layoffs.  When a flood takes everything you own, we suspect the loss these folks experience is greater than financial loss.

We would like to be with our new friend Russell Bourgeois, helping him through the endless days and nights of cleanup at Auto Evolution at 3655 O’Neal Lane in Baton Rouge but are still happy to help with eight rolls of 20″ film.  The best thing you can do for Russell now is take your car to Auto Evolution and get it tinted to help his business get back on track.
